Using playintab.com means you accept these terms. They are short on purpose.
1. What this site is
PlayInTab (the "Site") publishes editorial reviews, scores and information about free browser games. All content is opinion and information, provided as-is. Scores reflect our reviewers' judgement at the time of testing and may change without notice.
2. Third-party games
The games we review are made, run and supported by third-party publishers. Pressing "Play" takes you off the Site to the publisher's website; from that point their terms and privacy policy apply, not ours. We are not responsible for their content, availability or conduct.
Some links are affiliate links. If you register through one, the publisher may pay us a commission. This costs you nothing and has no effect on our reviews.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Site lawfully and for its intended purpose.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to the Site or interfere with its operation.
- Do not scrape or bulk-copy content beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.
- Do not send unlawful, abusive or misleading material through the contact form.
4. Content ownership
Our reviews, scoring method, illustrations and design belong to PlayInTab. You may quote short excerpts with a link back. Game names and trademarks belong to their publishers and are used only to identify the games reviewed.
5. No warranty, limited liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of the Site or of any game or website linked from it.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The date above is the current version; continued use after a change means you accept it.
